Ship it or pick it up? It’s your choice! While all items shown online are available for shipment, many items may also be purchased online for pick-up at our facility in Copley, Ohio.

  • When you place your online order, mention that you’d like to pick up your order in-store and we will see if this can be arranged for you. Some of our items are drop-shipped and may not be available for pick-up. A sales representative will contact you usually within 24 to 48 hours.
  • We are open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.
  • Please bring a photo ID with you, along with the credit card you used to purchase the item, for verification purposes.

Thanks for sending the last few pieces of Fawn trim. It was just what I needed. Don’t know if you guys care much about testimonials, but just in case, I am real pleased with how everything turned out. I sent along a few pictures, it looks much better than the 20 year old carpet it replaced. As soon as the weather cools off, I will be ordering some more teak and holly PlasTEAK to finish off the forward part of the cabin. Thanks again!
